Can anyone tell me were the IAT Sensor is located on my Corsa 1.2?

What version of 1.2? I presume you mean a 1.2 16v and you mean the Air Mass Meter? That's located just after the air box on the intake pipe.

The (IAT) is the Intake Air Temperature sensor. It's were you fit them resistor mod chip of ebay!

dont fit no chip all it will do is make your car use more fuel it plays with ecu settings telling the ecu the air is really cold and that it should add more fuel to mixture total waste of time them resistors cost 20 pence and ebayers are seilling them for silly prices to gullable buyers

It's not a bloody chip you dimwit.
Also, the sensor is not called an IAT either. It doesn't measure the temperature of the air.
