Has anybody re-built one and how staight forward is it?
Currently have a corsa c20xe but want more power, so im getting tb's fiited to the current engine.
Whilst i have the tb's fiited im wanting to buy another c20xe and re-build it with cams, p&p head, lightened and balanced crankshaft and flywheel, rebor to a 2.2 if possible.
Once thats done ill be swapping the engine overs and doing some other mods to the car, like bigger brakes and better suspension!

I rebuilt one. piece of piss. Only tricky part is removing the valves as its a deep head and you need a special valve spring compressor.
