it was dual carrige way leading out of town, no cars nobody about except traffics hiding down a wee ally and was playing about with my new car. only had it 7 hours

I'm sure I was doing about that, with a radar gun, ticketed at the side of the road. I can't remember the speed, just that he didn't really enter in to any correspondence, just showed me the back of it with the read on and started writing.

Was standard 3 points / 60 quid.

Annoying thing is that this year Corsa went up 300 quid and Astra set to go up 600, so basically a grand for driving within the limits of the car on a clear day. Not one of my better moments in driving history.

they wont give u another 9 thats 4sure. i would think it'll just b 3points n a fine as dont u have 2 b doin atleast 30over the limit 2get a ban?

a got 3 points and a £60 fine for 79 on the motorway ( 70 )

7.30am on a sunday morning ,


i thought it was very harsh,but couldnt argue my caae anyway coz at the end on the day i was over the limit

was it the camera or did they pull you on the spot?

if it's the camera, ask for pics, ask for the camera code (it may not have been approved by the legislative body involved yet), basically make life a cnut for them!! You might find a loop hole

anyway, 50 in a 30 at worst 5 points and a £200 fine imo!! I got busted doing 97 in a 70 and got £200 fine and 4 points

my mate did 50 in a 20, actually got stopped by cops and let her of with a warning, when i was told its a automatic ban
