can i get a 200bhp car with quite a bit of torque that also looks the bollocks for upto £4k ??

plan was to get a mk4 golf 1.8 turbo, but ive since realised they arent all that quick without throwing £££££s at them. i dont want an xe nova or corsa as i want to move up the car ladder, and want looks + reliability, not just the speed.


suggestions welcome


i also like astra mk4s btw, so throw some bhp figures at me if you must

You won't get a 200 brake Astra mk4 for 4k.

Quickest ones for that money are going to be oldest 2.2 SRi which is 147bhp, 8.5ish to 60.

nah buddy didnt mean a 200 bhp astra. ive seen power figures in back of total vauxhall and they look dissapointing
