Car went in for a new clutch on friday, they told me that it would be sorted my friday evening..
called them friday, "sorry mr redman your car wont be fixed until monday now"
ok monday comes and i call them up at 5pm just 30 mins b4 closing..
"sorry mr redman. the mechanic has snapped a engine mount bolt and it will be wednesday until its sorted"
getting abit pissed now and the car has done 2.9 miles since friday.. how? why!
now tuedsay i get a call saying, "mr redman your car is fixed and is ready to be collected!!" well happy i get to the garage, collet the keys pay and a mechanic comes into the room..
" the engine bolt isnt here yet and the gearbox is hanging loose, will be tomorrow now b4 its ready!"
i hand the keys back over and go back to work!
so im gutted now.. was looking forward to getting my car back!

Actually owning a punto in the first place doesnt help your situation!
I used to work for fiat and the techs were so bad it was embarresing to face customers because of their poor poor workmanship!

just had an update..
just got a call from them
"Mr redman, you car is ready but you have another bill"
i was like wtf!
"ive been told to just charge you for the parts and not the labour"
i told them why should i pay for something you guys broke
"well david (boss) told me to just charge you"
i told him i will sort it and hung up.
and they have done 9 miles in my car!! how the fuck!
apparently it was a gearbox mounting that got broken

i the end i paid the money.
they say they had to smash it off ot sort the clutch, i just cant be arsed arguing
