Tell him to do one and get second chance offers out to the other bidders.

Paypal with stolen card, you'll still lose your money eventually when Paypal take the money back off you and freeze your account.

Generally if the funding source is retracted the bank will pass the cost on to you.

If I was going to create an ebay account, which I'm not, every single sale I put on there would have the following in bold large-font:

This sale only applies to mainland UK, any bids from outside of the UK will be removed without explanation.

Tell him he's a stupid bastard for messing you about, it was clear in the auction where you post to and he can see you next Tuesday.

I hate Ebay now, your cant sell anything on there without someone buying it who wants to scam you. Or buy anything without either the price being pushed up by a scammer or not getting the stuff you wanted

I put...

"I made it very clear in the auction where I was willing to post to. This didn't include Africa or Australia.

There is no secure way for me to take payment from you

You made it clear enough in the details that you'll only post to Europe, so I'd send him a very brief email (which you have), and re-list it......I would have seen "Nigeria" in there, and immediately thought "scam"...

typical Scam.
no matter how many times you advertise your phone they will always try and win it.

One thing you can do, is mention if the phone is going to be shipped abroad there will be a 4 week waiting period while the funds clear before it is shipped.
