the brown and blue wires are for the coolant temp sensor...

its hard to see if the trottle boddie is missing cos your pics are blurred... but if it is then the ICV is attatched to it so that will be missing...

looks like the throttle body is there, but the piping that goes to the air filter has been butchered. the icv is attatched to the throttle body.

blue and brown wires are for the cts, you will need a manifold of course and a map sensor. check if the knock sensor is there (bolts into the back of the block between cylinders 2&3)

if you need any bits, i probably have them spare.

4th pic - coolant temp sensor, sho9uld be a blue plug attached to the end of those wires, looks like they literally ripped the sensor out...

tbh would need better pics for others...

icv is also connected to the throttlebody, so will be with that

ahhh right the bit above the alternator is the throttlebody, on your engine, it is to the right of the engine (other side to rob's engine) and is attached to the big cast alloy inlet manifold on the top of the engine!

pics of my X16XE can be found in my garage, or more pics can be found here

http://www.corsa-b.co.uk/album_cat.php?cat_id=17&user_id=2

probably not quite as detailed as you want though... sorry!

aye the throttle body on robs engine is above the alternator as he had dbilas fitted.

your throttle body will be on the right hand side of the engine looking at it from the front.

the inlet pipe the goes from the air box to the throttle body isnt there is it?big plastic tube goes round the back of the engine?

the sensor that plugs into the inlet pipe is the air flow sensor is it not?
