Juat scanned a computer on the network and it has found 12 viruses in the following directory
C:\WINDOWS\CSC\
There are different folders in there such as \d1 \d2 etc
What is this folder for and how do I get rid of the virus as it said it cant do it automatically.
Thanks, Mark

best thing to do would be to run a Free Online Virus Scan mate.
let another program sort it out.

I would try and get software that will do this automatically before attempting a manual fix.
CSC is Client Side Cache, which is basically a fancy name for the place it keeps files which are available offline. if you've nothing critical that you need available while not on the internet or your local network then you can probably clear the whole folder.
