Have had BT 2mb for about 8 months now, no problems until 2 weeks ago. Have trouble connecting, then when it finally connects (about 10% of the time!) it loses connection pretty quickly. Rung BT about 15 times now, even had an engineer out to check the line with no probs 
* tried different pc's
* checked all wiring, used diff micro filters
* used diff points in house
No luck whatsoever and my patience has run out. Could it be the router that is fucked? Really need to get it sorted before I throw the lot out the top floor window    Word of warning, BT are fucking useless so they won't be getting this month's bill.

Its a joke, no help at all. Rung up 3 times yesterday only to be hung up on twice Seriously going to ring and demand it's fixed tomorrow when I get home.

Nik when you call ask to speak witht e duty Team leader , they cant refuse to put you through to them , then go off on one at him , ask for his full name and say you are taking your experiance to the ADSL guide who in term are passing the information to Ofcom

Going to ring today and demand a new router is sent out today, if that doesn't work then I'm going to stop payment until it's sorted
