I arranged for something to be collected yesterday from Adge!

His mam had to wait in all day for them to pick up a parcel and parcel2go never showed up.

Have sent them an e-mail but no response to a reason why and whats going to happen.

Will have to ring them soon

Anyone else had trouble with them?

Used them before to send some alloy wheels and they were perfect early collection and got to destination on time.

LOTS of trouble

Took them 2 days to pick up an item in England for me - as you say someone has to stay in all day waiting.

Then took a week to come up, everytime I phoned them they said should be there today between 9-5

SO 5 days of having someone always in the house wasnt fun, absolute morons

They done the same to me.
Took me from 15th november till middle of february to get a refund.
That included many phonecalls and emails, being lied to and hung up on.
I woudln't touch them.

every delivery company is this bad when it comes to claims, especially when their call centres are in India or somewhere and they dont speak a word of english

These people were not even in india unfortunately.
Just very very rude.
I'm sure it was the same woman I spoke to every time as well.

I would watch your bank account.
I was told on about 20 occasions via phone and email it would be in my account by the end of the day.

On their web site it says they are owned by a company called FAM Logistics Ltd yet there is DHL insignia all over the site - does this mean they are really owned by Deutsche Post World Net (who own DHL), or is it just some kind of partnership?
