i dont know if this has been done before, but can someone tell me what is taken into account for getting a loan.

because when i try to apply for one i keep getting fcuked off,
but the thing is, i live with the rents and pay very very little board, and only have my fone and gym payments each month, and i am on over 30k a year, it just really confuses me why i dont get offerd money left right and centre,

thanks

Poor credit score on your parents house maybe, contact equifax & they may be able to help.

Its weird Colin applied for a small loan to spread the payments on a car he wanted, having a very good credit rating, 2 previous loans paid back early, mortgage in his name & more than the loan amout in savings accounts & they turned him down..........they wont tell you why either

It wasnt with Northern Rock turned you down was it??

well i have a top credit rating, have had 2 previous loans with no quibbles, so my credit rating is no problem and also my parents have a top credit rating, never been in the black mark or nothing,

i have been with egg before and tried a few,

the reason i want to get another loan is that i currently have one (for me beemer) but the only way i could get one was to have the gold insurance thing, which is an extra £80 a month and i really dont want it, so i want to get another loan without it, if you get what i mean.

it must be because i dont have a house, because me and my rents all have a very very good credit rating, as they dont have any trouble gettin loans, it just confuses me!!!

This is exactly the same as me, had a loan with Egg, paid back early, no other outgoings other than my insurance and they wouldnt let me have another loan

My sister works for a bank and apparently your credit rating is reviewed every three months so got my dad to take out the loan and was going to pay him back in three months when i could get one but hasnt been the case as they still wont let me

the more times you apply the more times you will get rejected,

you can obtain your credit score rating on line

but i dont wanna pay them £6 a month, so for example if i apply for 10 loans and get accepted by 1 of them, the only thing that the next bank will look at is that i have been rejected from 9 out of 10 banks

That would be the problem then, you've applied for far to many loans, the more you apply for and the more you get knocked back the more bad marks you get on your credit history, you have to leave it 6 months now until you apply again.

How much were you trying to borrow??? If its a large amount & unsecured (i.e. not a home owner) they will see you as a high risk!!

I think they mean why do you need a loan (£2.5k monthly income / no out goings) not why do you need a loan

Just dont go out for a few months....pay cash
