I wouldnt like to vouch that everywhere you go it will be the same. But i know how to do my job, as im sure you do. You wouldnt like people asking your advice, ignoring you (even tho you know you are 100% right) and just getting upset. Its just pathetic.
Youll find maybe your student fill in job types may know nothing, but if the shop is run properly it will be a VERy different story.

Its a shame, but that sector doesn't always have the best or most knowledgeable employees, which is frustrating if you are one.

went with my mate to the O2 shop a few weeks ago to upgrade his phone......the burd behind the counter didnt even know the phone he wanted was out yet until he pointed it out to her in their own magazine, then she didnt know anything about it, couldnt answer any questions & didnt even know when they were due stock..........very helpful
