Can someone tell me how to do this please? Like this one below shows what i'm after. I think it makes some pics look quite classy. I have photoshop but dont know how to do it on there.

1. Open picture
2. Press 'D' to set foreground and background colours to b/w
3. Press 'Ctrl'+'Shift'+'N' and then 'Enter' to make a new layer
4. Press 'Ctrl'+'A' to select all
5. Go to: Edit > Stroke
6. Chosse width (for pic size like the above I'd go for about 5-10 px)
7. Choose 'Inside' and press OK.
8. Press 'Ctrl'+'D' to deselect

You now have a black border of 5-10 px. If you desire an additional white border like the above do the following:

1. Click the layer you just made while holding 'Ctrl', thus selecting it.
2. Press 'X' to reverse foreground/background colours
3. Go to: Edit > Stroke as before, only this time make the stroke 1px and select 'Outside'.
4. 'Ctrl'+'D' to deselect

Done!
