Hi

Yesterday I took my full motorbike test and passed with 2 minors

I'm well pleased

I know there are a few bikers on here, what bike do you reckon I should get?

at this time of year... none

How old are you... try keep it below 600cc for insurance and until you get your ability and confidence sorted, last thing you wanna do is jump straight on a busa or an R1

I thought it would be a good time to buy?

I'm 24 I have nearly 2 years ncb because I have a 125 that I have been practicing on.
I want to spend no more than £2k really, i've seen one in biketrader I quite like: Bike link

What do you think?

Cheers, you should do it. The training part is good fun the test is a bit scary but after the training you will have no worries. The training place I went to did 3-4 days intensive training, the training guy told me that he gets people with no experience pass first time

My mate has the new gsxr750 and its very fast and handles lovely. Unfortunatley I can't afford a new one, I may go and have a look at the weekend. Insurance is about £400 tpft which isn't bad at all

i'm not classed as a new rider because I have had 50cc & 125's in the past so have built up my ncb. I know its madness but good for me.

According to this you are

She’s a good girl, loves her mam a
Loves jesus and america too
She’s a good girl, crazy ’bout elvis
Loves horses and her boyfriend too

It’s a long day living in reseda
There’s a freeway runnin’ through the yard
And I’m a bad boy cause I don’t even miss her
I’m a bad boy for breakin’ her heart

And I’m free, free fallin’
Yeah I’m free, free fallin’

All the vampires walkin’ through the valley
Move west down ventura boulevard
And all the bad boys are standing in the shadows
A ll the good girls are home with broken hearts

And I’m free, free fallin’
Yeah I’m free, free fallin’
Free fallin’, now I’m free fallin’, now i’m
Free fallin’, now I’m free fallin’, now i’m

I wanna glide down over mulholland
I wanna write her name in the sky
Gonna free fall out into nothin’
Gonna leave this world for a while

And I’m free, free fallin’
Yeah I’m free, free fallin’

this ones for you steve:

You belong among the wildflowers
You belong in a boat out at sea
Sail away, kill off the hours
You belong somewhere you feel free
Run away, find you a lover
Go away somewhere bright and new
I have seen no other
Who compares with you
You belong among the wildflowers
You belong in a boat out at sea
You belong with your love on your arm
You belong somewhere you feel free
Run away, go find a lover
Run away, let your heart be your guide
You deserve the deepest of cover
You belong in that home by and by
You belong among the wildflowers
You belong somewhere close to me
Far away from your trouble and worry
You belong somewhere you feel free
You belong somewhere you feel free
