Anyone interested in a set? I'm thinking of making a set of moulds up in the next few weeks for some experimentation (If the oven is big enough to fit them in). If they turn out any good then I would be thinking of selling a few sets to justify the work in making the moulds...
But before I go to the trouble, does anyone already make them for Corsas?

Won't be done for a while... I was just thinking of the design, and they would be like the standard ones, but with no holes for door handles or window winders... So maybe they wouldn't be suitable for anyone but myself.

But you would end up with door cards that are slightly too big... I think you would have to construct an actual mould for the curved ones...
Was looking at the dry stuff too, interior re-trim anyone?

If I wanted to make a flat one, what would be the best material to use? MDF or something?

I like the look of my flat carbon doorcards (not corsa) and think they'd look better flat than curved

The trouble is, people often say they are interested, and when the time comes they change thier mind...
However, loads of people seem interested in this. And this is one thing that I'm sure could sell really well so I'm going to look into it. I think that in the next few weeks I will look into how much it would cost to make them, and then make a prototype.
They will be flat, and be made from a single layer of Carbon Fibre which will be backed with fibreglass to increase strenghth, They will have a hole for the door handle to fit through, but you will need to drill the hole for either the window winder or the elecric window switch.
No garuntee that I will be doing them, but if I do then I will post up on here
