A car comes round a roundabout but is signalling to turn off at the juntion before the one you are waiting at, so you go, but the car is not signalling correctly and continues round and hits you
who is in the wrong?

i think the guy that pulls out but not sure a ricky one, cos some people dont indicate and it would be very hard to prove he was indicating incorrectly

People who can't indicate properly shouldn't have a licence.

Technically you're most likely correct p4ul but in reality the person not indicating can't drive.

Yeh true...but you can't prove if someone indicated or not...
Personally I think it's the person who indicated wrong's fault, but the insurance would see it as the person who pulled out.

You, because you made an assumption that the guy would turn off when he was indicating.

Is technically the guy signalling incorrectly who is in the wrong but would be rather hard to prove this if taken to court the guy pulling out would probably get done

GEORGE entered the path of another motorist.
The indication is a contributory factor, but the person entering the path is to blame.

obviously in reality its both of their faults as the guy indicating is in the wrong but also the guy who pulls out should have made sure his/her exit is clear but in law and insurance the guy crossing his path is to blame as should have waited to make sure his/her path was clear

on roundabouts, you give way to the right. you pull out, they have right of way. they hit you, your fault.
full stop.
try arguing your case to a court/insurance company, if you pull out in front of someone
