left work at 5, went to car allas per usual. So pull keys out press alarm button......nothing tried again...still nothing
couldnt understand so tried the door (flushed-no handles all round)
didnt open tried boot, didnt open
started to worry, then realised i had left my lights on
no way in
phoned home and got mum to bring sum tools and the jump leads
spent half hour trying to get into the bonnet with random office appliances none worked
mum arrived with some screwdrivers that allowed me to open the bonnet eventually and get jump leads on it so i could get in the bloody thing
thought was going to have to put the window in.
All fun

the cable literaaly just attached to the o/e one - it was a nightmare to use but thats the point in all reality - you dont want to use it unless its an emergency
dont know how safe two leads from the battery would be

My door poppers have been playing up this week, been getting in and out through boot
In being fixed today, touch wood.
Ive got a well low trolley jack, easier to get underneath car then

this is the very reason I only have delocked doors,,
Still have handles and still have the boot lock
I had to gain entry to my car once through the boot, and then had to get some jumpleads on the car to turn the deadlocks off

I left my lights on at work yesterday and found out at 8.00pm that my battery was dead as a dodo. As above mine is a n reg as well how do i fix the beeper for when you open the door when lights are on, would be a lifesaver.
Cheers
Mat
