Don't even bother trying...

20 attempts at the n/s passenger front window with a hammer and hole punch and the thief wasn't even close getting through the first layer of glass. All that hassle for a bloody £100 Tom Tom

the jaws of death (or life) would destroy that, they'd just cut through the a pillar and the glass in one

and to be honest, the door will probably always open after any accident

i think the windows are designed so they can be broken easier from the inside in case of crashing etc

They would cut a hole through the roof or cut the roof off. Aluminium is wasier to cut.

Hole punch/center punch. Whatever. They are made from hardened steel and are used for marking metal before you drill it.

Yea, the A8 is worth quite a bit more than an A3 so it won't have £1000's worth of glass on it... Would make the A3 too expensive.

Windows don't smash if you hit them in the center.
You have to hit the side.
