yes they will fit your corsa if u use offset bolts, coz i used to have a punto, and have put them wheels onto my corsa, with offset bolts.

Ive put Vaux offset wheels on a Punto without a problem (et100 onto et98)

but I had to use wobbly bolts (offset bolts) to put punto wheels onto a corsa
