after a new grfx card for an athlon XP based system, looking for an AGP card that will play older games etc such a MOH, Medieval etc any ideas on which to go for (limit of £50quid as im building my new PC in 2months)

£50 wont get you much
keep an eye out on ebay for a SAPHIRE RADEON 9800PRO 128MB
usually they ship with R360 cores, and WILL softmod to 9800XT if it does have the R360 core (aslong as it has BGA ram and not regular.

my g'friend will ahve this PC so didnt want to spend loads as it will only be used for games when im over!!! lol. i had an MSI Geforce 4 128MB in it but thats broken so wanted something slightly better. maybe stretch to £80

Ive upgraded my graphics card 3 times since i owned a Radeon 9800 Pro, but yeah, for the money is a good card.

can get an x700 new for about that price...but personally i would ebay mate! you could then pick up something like an leadtek 6800nu (clockable) for around a ton or less!
