I had a G-Max set up which was pretty similar. The handling was faultless, if a little harsh.

Wouldn't put G-Max in the same class as Bilstein. Bilstein are the way forward, I would steer clear of G-Max.

He asked wether anyone had had this kind of set up. The G-Max kit, which I have experience of has the same type of set up.
As the Bilstein kit is of a far superior quality, and I said the G-Max kit made my car handle well, compared to the OE suspension. I think it's fair to say that the Bilstein kit will be quite good.

Sorry Flat4, me being picky
I have Spax on mine, they made a hell of a difference, but it can be a bit harsh round back roads.

Mine were supposed to lower my car 40mm, it lowered it 90mm. Handled well but made driving in certain area's nigh on impossible.

yeah, a bit too harsh sometimes, but get on a flat road, it's just too cool.
