Need a site that I can download something from that has no cap or at least a very high cap on the download speed

yeah, i wanna real time test not that adsl guide thing, my connections fluctuating at the mo as im being regraded to 8mb

try downloading a large file from a site like Ms etc...

Your throughput will be capped if you are regrading to max.
No matter what you sync at the actual throughput will be lower.
Mine still hasn't stablised after 15 days, 5 after the 10 it should have.

I always go to the apple site and download quicktime+Tunes

you'll always get a full bandwidth download from there (unless you have a crazy fast connection)

www.lando.co.uk has 36mb realmedia southpark files on it hosted on the academic JANET netwowrk so u will get good speeds off there and might also want to keep the files cos southpark is funny
