I was on my way to work this morning, stopped outside the barbers shop to see when he's open this week. As i was reversing back in a world of my own i went into the back of a micra!

I got out, no damage to his car, bumper hadn't popped out, no paint off the bumper, nothing. As for mine, some paint cracked and the bumper is no longer alighned. But that doesnt bother me.

I waitited around for 15mins to see if the driver appeared but no joy.......

I've no idea who's car it was, no one around as it was 6:30am. I've got the person's registration incase i should really get in contact....

Just not sure what to do really........

No damage at all to the micra? Keep quiet then?

Did anybody else see? Did you leave your personal details etc?

At least you didn't run, nice one mate

To be fair it might have done some damage structurally, but doubt it if you were only going slow

No i never left my details as it was raining, no way of keeping them dry.

Defineatly no damage, i had a good look at the car. Its just if someone did see me, took down my reg and the driver isn't happy that i just drove off without leaving any details just to apologise i suppose.

If someone did it to me, i wouldn't be happy.

lol

I was doing around 5mph, had a look around, no one was about and all curtains were shut at nearby houses.

The crunch on my car didnt sound great, i thought OMG i must have destroyed the micra! BUT to my shock not a mark from what i could see.

Decisions decisions

Nothing toworry about mate.

Only need to report the accident to the police if there is damage to another persons property i.e. car, fence etc.

So your accident was not reportable.

Second you stopped and waited to see if anyone required your details, they didint, so again no crime.

Blebo (the cop)
