Right ive got a JBL 200watt amp to run my two sony xplod 1200watt subs.
They are both 350 RMS.
Will the amp be enough to run the subs or should i get a bigger amp?
Cheers in advance for the advice

you will need a 700 watt rms amp to run two 350watt subs, your amp will also need to be 2 Ohm stable, as I assume the sony subs are 4 Ohms single voice coil

this is the problem with sony subs...
there ratings are high meaning you need to look at big amps... and big amps cost a lot more than what sony is worth
yes sony only do SVC4ohm subs.
imassuming your on a small budget, and not too bothered about SPL/SQ...
if thats the case i recomend:

i've heard that if you under power a sub it could damage it, but i don't know that for certain. I'd keep the JBL amp to power up some comps and invest in a new amp for the subs...

personally i would get a new amp for the subs, use the JBL to power the front door speakers and ditch the 6x9's if you have subs and amped door speakers you dont really need 6x9s, try running your stereo for a few days with the 6x9s disconnected you will notice the difference

it doesnt matter if you under power a sub... the voice coils waring out becuase of this is rubbish...
if that were true, you would fuck up your speakers everytime you turned the volume down
