I have 4 photoshop CD's at home and none of them work.

I keep getting this message . . .

"Could not initialize Photoshop because the file is locked. Use the Properties command in the windows explorer to unlock the file"

I have tried doing what it says, in the "properties" but there is nothing to unlock

Could any help please? Do you know what to do ?
