I am after some specific alloys but the stud pattern is not quite right. I have heard of these 'wobbly bolts', are these safe to use, or should i stay well clear?

normal wheel bolts but with a loose tapered collar to allow fitment of wheels with the stud patterns 2mm out. Most common aplication is Fiats with stud pattern of 4x98, not many wheels available so get 4x100 with wobblies.
