well last month or so i have been doing my mk5 fiesta up abit, mainly going towards euro styling and smoothing everything, i've been updating a thread on zsoc.com all the time and just thought i'd put some pics up on here

basic spec will be:

lowered 60mm for now until i can get some coilovers,
15'' oz super t's, before you say they ain't euro, i know they came on the car, hopefully getting some 14x8'' steelies or split rims asap,
passenger door fully smoothed,
drivers door delocked,
roof rails and aeriel hole smoothed over,
tailgate fully smoothed,
spoiler smoothed into tailgate,
washer jets removed from bonnet and smoothed over,
single wiper conversion with whole of scuttle panel smoothed over,
zetec s bumpers and skirts, rear number plate recess made 8 inches smaller, front recess smoothed over, towing eye covers smoothed over on bumpers and skirts, all swage lines smoothed out,
side repeaters removed and smoothed over,
mirrors removed, plates welded into doors and smoothed over with lil carbon fibre f1 style mirrors on,
arches have been pulled out/flared abit,

thats basic spec for exterior

heres a few pics

















cars gonna be finished tomorrow night, primered aswell, then monday morning wet flatting all primer down, and full respray in panther black over monday afternoon, all bodykit will be sprayed tuesday

engine will be a 1.7 puma engine turbo'd which will be arriving anyday and my bros rebuilding and tuning it, should be in car in about 3-4 weeks

its only a 1.25, if it was a genuine zetec s i wouldn't of gone this far, just a few subtle touches, but i've been into euro styling for years and well hate having a standard car, lol, plus it something to do with my time at home

What colour is it going to be? I'd throttle body the engine instead of a turbo as there not meant to be very reliable with a turbo.

going same colour, panther black, not sure really, turbo was just initial idea, defo gonna be a 1.7 puma engine, just not sure what will be done to it

not really wanting to spend loads, not on exactly much really, my brother wants to try get a 2litre in it but not really sure at mo, but we do have a 2.5 v6 in our garage lying around from a mondeo ghia x, lol

nope, those pics where from bout thursday night, everything is in primer now, in bout half hour when its cooled down abit i am going out and wet flatting the whole car and primer down, then i will mask up the whole car, car will be trailered to college at 8 tomorrow morning, be able to put car in booth about half 8 and panel wipe it all down and tack cloth it, easy have it done by tomorrow night, its staying same colour so only exterior needs doing

i didn't promise, i jst said i would when i could, its in my dads unit and i haven't been up there for about a month and half, like i said i've got other more important things to do, probably won't have that car done til next year now, not to bothered about it at mo, might just scrap it to be honest
