i've spent about 6 hours on it so far. Needs alot more tweeking. I've brought the arches out more, and sorted some problems near the door and front of the car.

brochures would be quite good. See what happens after i finish this one

what techniques are you using.. max is very good if you can find the right one for the part you are doing..

i notice your using mesh smooth as well (or turbo smooth) that could be causing some of the problems you were having if you had vertices which werent welded or were overlapping

if you want to keep the windows square then model them solid rather than leaving them out and apply a material and lower the opacity.. means the smooth modifier wont round the window corners too much..

good job btw!

i'll be modelling window sills and the windows seperatly, so once there in and attached. it should be alright.

techique wize, just planes and dragging them out, cuts, welding, chamfers and extrudes

ah gotcha.. ever tried using a quadpatch then using the vertex cut tool to get the shape sorted? means the topograpgy comes out generally more even.. which is handy when it comes the the pillars

dont wanna hi-jack your thread, dont think theres enough people interested to make a new one

ive been workin on this in me spare time.. still plenty to do mind.. no where near correct yet

started that with a quadpatch then was suprisingly easy cus of the clean lines i spose
