I'm looking to break my engine and convert my Corsa to C20XE in the near future.
I'm going on holiday on tuesday so won't be able to sort much out until I get back the week after. If you are interested in any of the parts post ot PM me and I'll sort it out when I'm back.
Unfortunately I can't post any specific part pictures at the moment as my computer with all the pics has packed up and don't have any on my laptop. Will sort pics out asap. Prices don't include postage, some items are obviously heavy so collection is preffered. Open to sensible offers, silly ones will however be ignored.

Dbilas inlet manifold, complete with throttle body, modified loom (extended for TPS and ICV), lower inlet with EGR blanking plate, injectors (done less than 500miles), fuel rail and standard FPR. Basically everything you will need to fit the Dbilas inlet!!
£350

'Gas flowed' and ported cylinder head. All modifications done by Gary so you can expect the best. The head was fully disassembled, cleaned, modified and re-assembled with new stem seals, cam end seals and valves were re-seated IIRC? (Done less than 500miles)
£250

(Just repainted with high temp black paint! looks good as new and includes lambda sensor)
Janspeed exhaust manifold. Mild steel 4-2-1 , done approx 10k miles, good condition.
£75
Brand new FSE 'Power-boost valve'
£75
Dastek Unichip which has been mapped with mantzel inlet, gas flowed head, Schrick 'fast road' cams, lexmaul exhaust manifold and full exhaust system. Bought off a mate and never got round to fitting on my car.
£200
Edit- just found out from my mate that they are Piper 'fast road' re-profiled cams!!Price lowered accordingly (Idiot!!)
Bought off a mate and never used them.
£200 NOW £150
BMC sealed carbon induction kit with samco 90deg reducer elbow to fit 60mm throttle body (X14/16XE/L)
£75SOLD
Brand new up-rated clutch. Ebay purchase never needed to fit it. Same as this one:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VAUXHALL-CORSA...QQcmdZViewItem
£60

Polished cam cover, needs a clean but looks great when polished.
Paid £25 to have it polished. Inludes the oil breather/filter.
£30
Painted cam cover. Sandblasted and sprayed with charcoal grey high temp paint. Again looks great.
£15
2 geaboxes to suit X14/16XE engines. Both have electric speedo drives and are in good condition.
£30each
X16XEL bottom end. Identical to X16XE so can be used for either. Done 70k and was over 200psi with every cylinder being identical on last compression test.
£75
ALSO HAVE LOTS OF STANDARD X14/16XE ENGINE PARTS NOW. U2U IF YOU NEED ANYTHING.
Thanks,
Nathan

I can vouch for the headwork that Gary does as well, probably the best about.

Cheers fella.
Most of the MIG guys use Gary for headwork and he never disappoints. I was very happy with the work he did for me.

the only pic I have is on my migweb profile and it's an angled shot so doesn't show all of the engine. Here's the link

Keep posting your interest and I'll sort it out when I'm back.
Cheers guys,
Nathan

Unlucky mate, know what it's like to owe money to parents!
Claimed increase for Dbilas inlet is 20bhp but I reckon that's a tad optimistic tbh. 15bhp is a safe bet in my opinion.

I just posted on your thread without realising you had posted on mine!
I can't take much less than the given price mate, I'll say £230 if you got the cash as I want to go and buy an XE asap. You will have to pick it up or I'll meet you within 30miles of my place in Stroud, near Gloucester but you will have to pay a little extra to cover fuel.

How difficult is it to fit the 4-2-1
Also what sort of power gains can i "hope" to expect.

It's not too difficult to fit provided you're fairly competent and maybe have a Haynes manual?!
Anything up to 5bhp gains can be expected, as well as a nicer exhaust note and better midrange and high-end torque.
A worthy investment for any smallblock 16V tuner IMO.

Well i got a 1.6 sport. would it still be a good investment, could you just explain briefly what needs to be done?
Would it go straight on or would i need new bolts etc etc

You will need a new exhaust manifold gasket and you may want to replace to nuts and/or studs that hold the manifold on the face of the cylinder head. I will inlude the gasket for where the manifold joins the exhaust system but you may want to buy a new pair of the springs and bolts that hold this connection together.
Get a Haynes manual mate, I can't really type out how to do it would take me ages!
