Contact Asus Tech Support, only to find out they only take warrenty claims over the web. Ok, so I fill in thier form on Friday. Haven't heard from them....
Fill in the returns form on Ebuyer, they get back to me in 3 mins to say that I can return my mobo to them for a replacement...
Now lets see how long it takes them to find out whats wrong with it and give me a new one

ebuyer customer suipport is ace, i bought a video camera and had pixels dead in lens, got a refund in 1 day of them having it back.
In addition to this, x64 is not much different from x86 ed, only difference you will notice is better for encoding videos etc.

What do you expect, its a simple fault that would take all of five seconds to find and gathering that you were probably not the only one with the same problem aswell they wouldnt hesitake to give you a refund.

Did that with the wireless keyboard Which I actually still need to return. However, I like the mouse too much to stop using it.

Well, This is the reply I got from ASUS. I am not going to bother with these guys again...
Dear Friend,
Thank you for contacting ASUS Customer Service.
My name is ZYC. I would be assisting you today.
Please go into bios---boot---boot setting configurations,
set that Quick boot to Disabled,
then save and exit to check if system can pick up all the disks on each boot.
if that still result the same,
i think you need test with another power supply unit, need to be 350W or higher, no matter what is your current PSU, and remember the connect the 4 pin ATX 12V power cord on.
Sounds like a poor excuse to me and it has taken them since Friday to come up with this...
Where as Ebuyer sent me an e-mail saying that they had recieved the mobo back. 3 mins later they had (apparently) tested it, found it faulty and have a new one in line. Then 30 secs after that ahve a new mobo on the way to me
I recomend Ebuyer to anyone as thier service has been fantastic!

I have never had ebuyer say something i've sent back isn't faulty.
Whether it is or not.
Theres not a chance they test anything.
The service depends though.
I've had good and bad experiences with them.
