Does anybody on here have any experience of spring rates on coilovers?
Its for a 2.0l 16v corsa.
I'm looking at running springs and helper springs in 2 1/4"
I've been told i should be looking at 12" overall length now ive found the helper in 2" or 4" so should i run 2"/10" or 4"/8" and what pound springs for each?
Anyone?

dunno what helper springs are but i have just upgraded my spax rsx springs from standard springs to avo 300lb 2 1/4" springs and it made a big difference in my 2.0 16v nova on the track, didnt tip anywhere near as bad as it used to

yup ive just been told not to bother with helper springs. What length are yours do you know?

Ok well coilovers will be on their way but im still not sure of springs. I wont be running helpers now just springs but what length?
10.5 or 12 s?
and what lb springs are people using on the front with or without 2.0s
