Is it just me or is it hard to work out what the engine in this Astra actually is?

Says 2 litre turbo technics in the title but then there is no mention of what the engine is or any other details? Then it says the car is totally standard and that its still down as a 1.4 on the log book so cheap insurance

Looks like it could be a 2.0 8v to me. Just seems a very confusing advert

Turbo technics did a few of these from new. Including Cav SRi's They did Astra GTE 8v's as well

So Turbo Technics got the Astra brand new, took the 1.4 engine out and put a turbo'd 2.0 8v engine in?

Any idea on bhp?

turbo technics used to sell a conversion for loads of cars, like the dbilas stuff, but english

they converted loads of cars, all kind of stuff

it might not have been new when the conversion was done. but its quality stuff. shame they stopped selling them really

The ENGINE may have been converted from new - not saying the CAR was.

I know TT done a brand new Cav SRi and that was 180bhp

Its a 2.0 8 valve with a tt turbo conversion out of an astra gte but fitted in a cesaro!

we're both wrong mate it was 122bhp and was a 20se
