1999...... it was good overhauling newcastle in the cantona days but in 1999 with yorke, cole, becks, giggs, scholes and keane all on the top of their game, our football was a joy to watch.... these days the play is a total shadow of the old performances, but i suppose we'll be back up there in time

1996 that was in, the 4-3 at Anfield was amazing (was there that night), other than the Champs League final it was one of the best games I have ever been at.
The one the following season at Anfield was 4-3 too, but we went up 3-0 first and they got back in via three mistakes. Was at that one too!

But as a die-hard Liverpool fan I wouldnt be too happy with a Russian coming in and playing with the club, spending millions on players and offering them stupid wages as when he walks away or stops bank rolling the club your going to be in major trouble as you'll never cover your costs.
I also wouldnt be happy knowing that we've only won the title as the league is now a joke. There is no competition when you buy up the players your opposition are after. Just makes me laugh how Chelsea fans think its great theyve won the league when its now just a big joke!

Fact is being a pre-roman fan, it really pisses me off that im actually getting slated, because we are starting to win things? I no we spend big, but it aint my fault, and im hardly going to tell him to stop buying big players for big money. Look at your lot in the 80's, look at arsenal when they went unbeaten and won the prem, look at Utd when they won everything every season.
