Prob due to the fact the season is two weeks away and they haven't found a suitable replacement for MM. I'm sure he'll only be there part time till someone comes in.
Funny though, imagine having to sack himself or give vote of confidence

Might be a good thing due to the fact he wont have any pressure of a sacking looming?
Yeah if he doesn't come up to scratch he'll eventually be hounded out by his fans the players and his consurtium members, but initially he'll be allowed a lot more time than most managers to bed in.

I heard him interviewed this afternoon.
Apparently its a temporary post until he gets them back in the prem.
Makes sense then

Sounds confident doesn't he? The Championship is fucking tough this season. I can't see them coming back up just yet.

True enough.
My point was that if he led them to the title, would he stand down?
My guess is he wouldn't

He's has described himself as "The perfect man for the job" so I don't see this as being a temporary appointment!
Seriously, talk about blowing your own trumpet! First him and his band of merry men take over the running of the club - fine, then he appoints himself the team manager - bit strange, then claims to be the best man for the job - Egotistical!
