i need to take a backup of a laptop hard drive.
I have just bought a 300gb usb external hard drive and i want a mirror image of the laptops contents on the new drive.

Whats the easiest way? i certainly dont want to copy and paste.
I also dont want an image of the laptop on there, it must be the same file for file.

Any suggestions?

perhaps something i could torrent
