quite eventful. 
Did 10 minutes light running/jogging and then plenty of stretching. We then had a small match (6 a side) with small goals (about 5 foot wide) and I was on fire 
We beat them 8-2 and I scored 6  This was with my crappy F30+ Adidas boots on as well which I hate.
One of our midfielders went in for a 50-50 block challenge with another player and just fell on the floor in a heap screaming. Never heard anything like that before from a bloke Turns out he has damaged ligaments and muscles around his knee  don't know the ins and outs but he did it before a few years ago on his other knee and he couldn't play for about a year.

cant wait for our friendly on sunday week. i havent been the best in training, but i dont GAF, no one's been at their best. cant wait to put the kit on again

so you did. My mistake not with it today. Can't wait for the weekend. You don't necessarily have to be at your best week in week out, just show the manager that you know where you're going wrong and as long as you give it 100% you should be alright.

i think it usually takes a couple of games to get back into swing of things anyways i cant wait this is my first season back in football for a few years! had to quit due to my job.

I play for Belhus Park Rangers. Corny I know but we're a new team and we had to think of a name quite quickly before the beginning of last season.
We play in the Thurrock Assosiation Sunday League. Div 3.

i used to play for a team called oval juniors and a few age groups above me were the absolute nuts! and when they finished under 18s aveley took them all on! dunno if they are still all there now, ill google it and see lol.

Signed on for a new club last night, it is a few leagues below what I've been playing but they seem a good bunch, nice facilities & have an excellent team which should really win the league no problem at all.
