sure when i changed she said £20 quid a month, 500 mins and 500 texts, looked at my bill now and it looks like they have charged me £30 anyone else on this, and do you pay £20 a month?

I just ordered a k800i on 100 mins and 500 texts for £25! You guys been with o2 before then? This is my first contract with them so does it sound right, have you guys upgraded?

You went on a 18 months contract rather than a 12 month one.
I'm on Online 200, I pay £30 a month for 500 texts and 200 anytime and network minutes, the Online 500 is £25 a month with 500 texts and 500 off peak minutes.

Ive been with o2 on payg for last 6 years but just thouht about going onto a contract now. On the 100mins, 500 texts for £25 contract but every1 elses seems to be so much better, any way i can get it down even though im not upgrading?

I don't get how they work this out 
I'm on 1000 txts a month and 500 mins anytime any network only paying £25 and with o2 treats its 1500 txts.

i'm definatly phoning up and saying she sad 20 quid as i'm sure she did. Just if they say, no she didn;t what do i say then? cant really be arsed sending the phone back and everything!

Offpeak 500 that is now no longer available!
500 texts 500 off peak mins £20 a month is what I'm on and still paying £20 after my upgrade last month!
