We won 3-1...I played well...had our first pre-season game on Sunday and was a little drained from all the training we had been doing...lasted 75 mins...
Today felt a lot stronger for the run out sunday and played 80 mins...next game is Tuesday night....hopefully complete the 90 mins...
Fitness is there just my match fitness that needs working on...
Anyone else been playing today?

No just training, I just did liht training though whilst team mates did circuit, and played little games, hamstrings been a bit sore over last few days.

Alternate hot and cold on it mate...stimulates the repair process...

Yes, thanks for the suggestion, I live near the old England Physio Alan Smith, he gives me some tips when I put my wheely bin out.
