Based on an XE engine (drilled to 86,5mm)
Balansed XE crankshaft(with flywheel, preassure plate and lamell)
SBD gear in oil pump
GLYCO bearings(?)
ARP Bolts everywhere.
Fidanza Aluminium flywheel (3,5kg)
Sachs reinforced preassure plate + cast iron lamell(heavier than sinter) 700nm
SPM h-profile steel rods
Original forged Mahle pistons (86,5mm overdimension)
2,4mm 7 layers "homemade" head gasket
Maxported head.
"mira" Milled valve seats
Pipercams 288duration, 10,4mm raise.
Own created lash caps.

4x BOSCH 1680cc@3bar injectors
Dual Bosch higheffect fuelpumps, 170l/h@5bar, 2.8 l/ min
2x10mm fuelpipes to fuelrail.
2x8mm fuelpipes in return from fuelrail.
Own created fuelrail with intake from sides and returns in the middle.
Dual adjustable fuel preassure regulators.

That just the engine(Problably I forget halv of what I've done with it...)

lowered 35mm with H&R racing springs and adjustable KONI reducers

saw this on Mig a few weeks back IIRC

tis certainly a beast of an engine although im not sure on the styling

rob know what u mean bout the bonnet, dnt like the fron of the car either but the wheels an the bk of the car are spot on i think

Whats on the bottom left at the front his exhausts? If so, why has he then got tailpipes on the back

Engine would be better off stuck in a Corsa TBH IMO IIRC etc

exhaust is on the left (looking from front) and air filter is on the right...

the rear is probably just for styling, no other use for it...

not sure about that inlet manafold? look at pic 137. surely that cant provide the runners with equal flow. one hell of a build though.

Have seen loads of custom inlets with a crappy box design... and I always wonder about them!!

cant be ideal... and surely a tapered shape would help
