depending if you are just going for cheapest or a good quality one, might well be worth getting a home cinema magazine and reading the reviews, then looking around for yourself too. HD input is a must have now really, go for at least 1024x768 resolution though to make the most of it. If its for the lounge or wherever, you dont necessarily need built in freeview as you could get a better quality extra box etc, so unless its top on your list of priorities dont let it put you off a better specced monitor without freeview.
