1) Why? what does it do better than a single screen?
2) How? does it split the desktop, or does each screen have its own?
3) hoe does the mouse work? does it just scroll across to the next screen when you get to the side?

dont call me a spaz, i really dont get it

1: I use dual monitor for my uni work, so i have 1 a powerpoint project open and then in the other monitor i would have visual studio open. You could use it for loads of things like watching a video why you work. Working while having CS open.

2: You can have each monitor with a diff desktop or you can make both share the single desktop

3: You can set it so that when the mouse goes off say the left side then it moves accross. You can even set it up so that if you go up out of your monitor.

It is very useful.

I use it at home for having dreamweaver on one side and photoshop on the other side.. very useful!

Im tempted to get another 19" for work, so i can surf the net on one side and CAD on the other.
