is mine

first there was all sorts of fueling problems and fault codes which were sorted when the injectors were cleaning and new plugs/leads were fitted and cam sensor

then i had a MASSIVE oil leak which turned out to be from my rocker gasket, took it to my normal mechanic, who replaced the gasket but it still leaked

so i got a GM gasket and my other half fitted it along with 10 tubes of gasket sealant*

*may be slight exaggeration lol

And now its throwing up fault code 0325 (knock sensor) and stuttering like a bastard when you put you foot just slightly down on the accelerator

can anyone shed any light on stopping this stuttering cos its REALLY starting to piss me off lol

well if its showing the knock sensor up as a fault code, first guess would be to replace that?

but would a faulty knock sensor be causing the stuttering?

or would that be something else?

Would be worth looking at the knock sensor and/or the cables that goto the plug to make sure everything there is ok

i think the knock sensor alters the ignition timing for what RON fuel you use, so yeah if its dead it could cause it to run really shit.

unusual for a knock sensor to fail, its a very simple design. i wouldnt rule out something else that might throw up a knock sensor problem. perhaps check the wiring from the sensor to the ECU, could be chafed and sending crap signal

i spend my hours browsing stories in Wikipedia.

DID YOU KNOW that the Germanenorden was a secret German society believing in the Occult way back in 1912, and some suggest that the Nazi Party as led by Hitler was actually a front for this society
