tried adjusting the height on my fk's and they ring that spins seems to have seized. i managed to get the bottom ring free but the top one won't move at all. tried wd40, tried tapping with hammer...
... any other tips of getting it free

Tried removing the adjuster and heat it up with a blowtorch or try an electrolysis bath. I'm an FK dealer, often heard this problem, not just with FK coilovers but most coilovers in general you really need to cover the whole adjuster in grease when installing them to help protect it. If the worst comes to the worst then you can buy spare adjusters from FK.

i can't heat the adjust ring cause the spring is sat on it and it'll melt the plastic coating on the spring. i don't know anything about a electrolysis bath @ fragpot
the car was jacked up when adjusting the suspension@ dave

its possible that the threads have rusted and you will chew them up even worse when trying to adjust the platform.

i'm not sure, could be a possibity. all i know is they won't move for shit.
it's too low and the gsi splitter is catching everything
