Hi all, my grille has the Vauxhall badge in it, which hangs down a little into a recess in the front bumper.

If I change to a plain black grille, surely there will be a gap where the recess is? Can you get grilles that fill this little bit? It's a 98 Corsa Sport.

Cheers

Shhhhhh don't let the MIG boys know. It's the one in the for sale section, C20LET Corsa sport 1998 with 25k on the clock. What do I do about the gayboy grille lol!

Dirtydan's one?

I think you will find that it a gsi bumper and you cant get a debadged grille. You could smooth the ridge over, a guy on here did that chekc his garage: Voyto

But the gsi front looks the best on corsa's so keep it

yeah the GSi front bumper differs to all others in the grille design, as jambo said your only bet is to fill it in and smooth it over. but the GSi bumper is a work of art anyhow so leave it alone!

That's the one! I love the bumper, thats fine, I'm just not keep on the badge. I like the honeycomb black grilles or a slatted one... but oh well can't complain.

Body wise I don't really want to do much to it. Maybe smoked headlights/rear lights, colour coded handles and painted red calipers.

I'm getting some black 15's for it today hopefully with slicks, a carbon bonnet and some other bits! Then strip it out, and start the engine work.

Should be transformed by the end of the week!

thought about replacing the Vauxhall griffin with an Opel badge or even Holden?

Red calipers are the way forwards lol. The plan is to have a whole black/white theme on the car (well if my missus can pull that off, so can I!!)

Black wheels, black carbon bonnet... vs white colour coded body. Then just as a contrast I'll have the red calipers and some red bucket seats (Honda type-R style)
