is there anyway of finding sent emails? they dont save in my sent email folder and i am realyl needing to find one which 'apparantly' didnt get to the person who i sent it to

are they saved anywer?

was an important email to an ex. she claimed she didnt get it so i accused her boyfriend of reading it and deleting it. but to keep matters peaceful i believed that she didnt get it so i wanted to send it again but i cant remember what i said
