Adam (B) Remeber that tramlining is only a real problem on the road, with the camber being gay for drainage... on the track, wider track will be good
i know a few people who run silly offsets on track cars just to get a bit of extra track, and get more corner speed
it'll be fine. pig on the road, great on the track

go for toyo proxe r888's mate they are the cheapest and pretty much the same as all other track tyres, i just bought 4 for my trip to the ring and they were absolutely amazing cdnt fault them i was keeping up with my mate in his mr2 turbo with 269bhp at the wheels in my standard xe'd corsa.
increase on average cornering speeds by about 15mph
