Does this mean a reduction in premiums for smaller car drivers?

Also makes you think that insurance companys are ripping off younger drivers when it seems that larger cars are actually the ones having the accidents.

It depends how many of each car are registered tbh as they numbers are percentages.

have to take into account the fact many people who crash in corsa ect may not claim as the cost of there first car isnt worth enough?

but yeah young drivers do get drilled in the but, but thats been obvious for a very long time, and no one wants to step in to do anything.

aaah but is it on the costs? as you would only need to crash 1 of the top 10 to cover alot of the lowest 10?

Is that number of accidents or value of the accidents when they do happen? Would make sense assuming Merc/Alfa/Mazda etc. repairs cost more than Vauxhall/Ford ones.
