Some stupid bint left me neg feedback and totally spoilt my 100% record because she didnt read the ad properly. I've seen people add a "Reply" under the buyers comment explaining the situation.

Any ideas how to do this?

at the bottom of your feedback page, there's an option for 'reply to feedback received'

i left negative for some twat who said a phone was fully boxed and unlocked. and only charged

i left this, and they replyed back that i changed my mind and wanted a refund

was fucking 2 items missing, wasnt unlocked and looked like was 50yr old
