the lad that had my corsa before me painted the grey wheel arches black, but made a right bodge job of it! ive sanded the black paint off and smoothened it all, but now i want to paint them silver the match the bodywork colour! anyone know what paint to use and how to apply it! also where could i get it from! cheers for any help!

i got some 80 grit and 400 grit wet and dry sanded down cleaned with white spirit, left it for a day primed it, re sanded anybits missed, re primed, left for a day, sprayed a couple of coats, left for 2days and the laqued it, bought everything from halford ecxcept paint cos its 5.25 for a 300ml can not cheap

Cheaper, probably not.
Easier, take it to a bodyshop.

nah i think it would be easier to do it myself personaly, i dont know any body shops near me! by the way i managed to get my rear arches off, theres like 6 bolts, but on the front arches i can only feel 2! how do they come off?

scotch brite them with a red scothe brite
loads of high build primer
leave for a day or 2
flat with 800's , then paint using a straight gloss
leave for a few days , polish and re-fit
