Coming on loan to England for a year.
Teams linked with him (according to Sky Sports News) Middlesboro, Newcastle and Arsenal. Liverpool are said to have ruled themselves out.
I think I wouldnt mind him playing for Arsenal for a year. When he is fit he would be good and when he is injured the youngsters can get a game

No, he is never ever going to be properly fit... there have often been players like that and they don't seem to ever recover... he is certainly an immense defender but only when fit  Prefer Gallas 
Mind you, Gerrard was liek that and look at him now lol
I would say Woody is better than Rio when on top form IMO

I think out the 3 teams mentioned, reckon he would rather go to Arsenal for the Champions League side of things.
I see what you are saying about his fitness though. Imagine him and Kolo at the back
